Bradley J. Aldrich

Bradley J. Aldrich is a native of Baton Rouge and a lifelong resident of South Louisiana. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2004 and his J.D., cum laude, from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2009. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and the Coushatta Tribal Court.

While in law school, Bradley qualified for an audition for the VH1 game show, “The World Series of Pop Culture,” but was unceremoniously eliminated when he failed the written test. With his dreams of fame dashed, he decided to turn his focus to the law.

Bradley began his legal career at an oil and gas firm in Lafayette, LA, learning the ropes of the legal profession. He joined the Smiley Law Firm as Of Counsel in late 2010 and has been a valued member of the Smiley Law team since that time.

Bradley has extensive litigation experience, representing clients across South Louisiana in construction disputes, property suits, evictions, business litigation, and personal injury cases.

When not practicing law, Bradley enjoys fantasy football, reading, and cheering for LSU and the Saints. He is a proud member of the Happy’s running club, and his co-ed kickball team is a two-time champion of the RSAK Classic II League.
