Contingency Fee

According to Wikipedia, a contingency fee is this:

    I need an attorney to represent me in my case against Harrison County Court House no one in the Jackson MS area would help nor Gulfport MS area neither I’m frim Gulfport MS please help me each attonery I’ve talked to tells me i have a case but they can’t represent me I have all proof and facts paper work and all even a e-mail from the law librarian why I do not no but itsbeen over 10 years now the case is my child was illegally adopted without my consent.
